It's important you to wear comfortable shoes on your feet.
It's better to wear shoes on a flat sole, in a perfect way it should be ankle protecting ones (trainers shoes, snickers, boots).

You should come to the session 15 minutes before the beginning.
Nothing horrible happens if you are a little bit late.
But if you are late for the session, it can be rescheduled on another time. If next time-slot is booked you will be offered the nearest one on the same price.
